Service
Clean demolition. Repeatable rollouts.
JXC removes abandoned low-voltage cable and legacy systems on a schedule that fits your operation, and executes multi-site rollouts with the same crew process at every location. We coordinate cutovers, tag and document what comes out, and leave ceilings and equipment rooms clean.
Includes
Demolition scope is planned and documented like an installation — because the inspections happen after we leave.
- Abandoned and de-energized low-voltage cable removal
- Legacy system demolition: cabling, devices, backboxes and unused hardware
- Identification and protection of live runs that must stay
- Cutovers coordinated around your operations
- Tagging and documentation of everything removed
- Ceiling tile replacement and equipment-room cleanup behind the crew
Multi-site rollouts
The same crew process at every location: one scope sheet, one installation standard, one documentation package — repeated site after site. That is what makes a ten-store program feel like one project instead of ten small ones.
NEC and abandoned cable
Abandoned cable is required to be removed, not left in the ceiling. Clearing it reduces fire load, frees pathway capacity and removes the mystery cable nobody can trace — and inspectors increasingly look for it.
Frequently asked
- Can you work outside business hours?
- Yes. Demolition in occupied facilities is frequently scheduled for nights and weekends, phased by floor or zone so your operation stays online.
- How do you know what is safe to remove?
- Every cable is identified and tested before removal. Live runs are tagged and protected; anything ambiguous is flagged to your team instead of cut.
- Do you handle both demolition and the new installation?
- Yes — demo, cutover and re-installation in one coordinated scope is the cleanest way to run a refresh, and it is quoted on a job basis.
