Documented turnover
Fluke test results, TIA-606 labeling and as-built documentation are part of the scope, not an add-on requested at closeout.
Quoted per job
No published price lists. Every scope is priced against cable type, run length, ceiling and conduit conditions, finish protection and work hours.
Built to work under a prime
We are used to GC schedules, submittals, insurance requirements and coordinating around other trades in occupied buildings.
